Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Amoura Picnics, we aim to provide exceptional experiences and clear policies regarding payments, refunds, and cancellations.

 

 

Payments and Deposits

 

• A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking.

• All deposits are non-refundable.

• The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your event.

 

 

Cancellations

 

• Cancel 3 or more days before your event: You will only lose the deposit.

• Cancel within 3 days of the event or fail to show up: Deposit is non-refundable.

 

 

Weather Policy

 

• If the forecast predicts a 50% or higher chance of rain, you may reschedule once at no cost.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability.
